Before enjoying our spa services, please ensure that you meet the following health requirements:
Absence of Physical Ailments
Guests should not have any ongoing physical ailments that could be exacerbated by heat exposure or sudden temperature changes.
Cardiac Health
Participants must not have any known heart conditions. It is crucial that guests are not currently under the care of a physician for any heart-related issues.
Consultation with a Physician
If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, we strongly advise consulting with your healthcare provider before engaging in sauna or cold plunge activities.
General Guidelines
Hydration
Ensure you are well-hydrated before and after using the sauna or cold plunge to prevent dehydration.
Time Limits
Adhere to recommended time limits for each service:
Sauna: Maximum of 60 minutes
Cold Plunge: Maximum of 5 minutes
Acclimatization Allow your body to gradually acclimate to the temperature changes by starting with shorter sessions and progressively increasing duration.
Listen to Your Body
Pay attention to how your body responds during these services. If you experience any discomfort, dizziness, or unusual symptoms, discontinue use immediately and seek assistance from our staff.
